Kheli Pearson recently joined the Families Matter staff as a case manager. In her new role at Families Matter, she will serve as an assistant to Families Matter program director Carol Jackson and also work directly with Families Matter participants.

Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science in health care administration and planning from Tennessee State University and joined Families Matter as a case manager in March 2010. She most recently served as a clinical administrative coordinator for Well Child Inc. Prior to that position, she served as a hospital development coordinator for Community Tissue Services and a public relations and development coordinator for New Directions Inc. Substance Rehabilitation Center.

"We are so pleased to welcome Kheli Pearson to the Families Matter team," Jackson said. "She brings six years of experience with other outreach organizations, and I know she will be a valuable asset to Families Matter and the people it serves."
