Programs & Classes

Families Matter is a resource center that provides tools to build up every member of the family. Our educational offerings include everything from workshops for couples and single parents to offerings for youth and a parenting boot camp for new dads. We also can connect individuals and couples to counseling services around the area, should they need one-on-one attention. Our programs and classes include:

  • Church Programs – Families Matter offers programs customized to the needs of the church to support the pastor and/or his or her designate in supporting and enhancing families and relationships through education and events.

  • School Programs – Families Matter provides a family relationship- and skill-building curriculum for teachers to use in their classrooms.

  • Collaborative Programs – Families Matter offers additional programs designed to support and coordinate marriage-strengthening efforts in Memphis.

  • Counseling Program - Families Matter partners with Agape Child and Family Services, Christian Psychological Center and churches to connect people with appropriate personal counseling services.
